PAYMENT

We accept payments by PayPal, Square, and Sezzle. All services must be paid in full before the start of any project with the exception of Websites and certain packages.  We offer refunds for the first 24 hours after purchase. Exchanges are only available within the first 48 hours after purchase.  All balances must be paid in full before website transfer. Failure to pay the remaining balances in timely manner will result in late fees.  She is Me Media Marketing (SIMMM) reserves the right to suspend work and withhold delivering until all past due balances are paid. She is Me Media Marketing is not responsible for refunding additional deposit amounts.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES 

SIMMM offers refunds within the first 24 hours after purchase. Following 24 hours refunds are not available There will be no exception to this policy. Exchanges are available within the first 48 hours after purchase. Following 48 hours refunds are not available. There will be no exception to this policy.

COPYRIGHT AND CREDIT

All projects created by SIMMM are original work and are held under copyright by the designer until full balances are paid. Copyrights belong to the client once the balances have been paid in full. SIMMM has permission to use designs created for promotional purposes under this agreement. We respect your time of presentation and will make public once you do.  

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Client responsibility is very important. It includes providing accurate and complete information in a timely manner to SIMMM. Following the  purchase of product/ service information is required within 48 hours. After 48 hours your order will be void. For websites if info is not received within 2 weeks your order is void. Proofreading, Project Approval, and Site Testing are a responsibility of the client. If all information is not relayed it is not a fault of simmm. Relaying of information is by email ONLY (contact@sheisemmm.com.  When proofs are sent to the client, the client is responsible for taking a careful look and pointing out any misspelling or missing information. When final copies are emailed revisions will be $25 each.

WE RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY

SIMMM will respect your privacy. We understand that we may have access to information that deals with our client’s products, marketing strategies, awesome ideas, and etc. The designer agrees to protect confidentiality of all information and all communication will be confidential, not to be discussed with anyone.

REVISIONS

Logos come with 1 free revision, if more than 1 revision is needed they are $7 each. Revisions are counted individually.  No more than 3 revisions will be done to any project. Revisions are not included in the turn around time.  After you receive your final draft via email  revisions will be $25 each. Files are deleted within 2 weeks of completion. If you desire to have revisions outside 2 weeks please request to have your Ai (ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR) file. Ai files are an additional $25.  Revisions are $25 each after the final email.

CANCELLATION

Both parties hold the right to cancel at any time, for any reason. Even if the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory. If the services are terminated before the completion of the design, SIMMM reserves the right to retain the deposit (if given) or full payment for service(s) purchased. If the service(s) are terminated after the completion of the project, SIMMM reserves the right to retain the full payment amount and the design upon this agreement.

LIMITATION AND LIABILITY

In the event that SIMMM is affected by illness, natural disaster, or any other unpredicted events SIMMM owns the rights to retain any deposits upon cancellation of the order(s).

DELAYED PAYMENT AND INFORMATION

If a client reserves a spot by paying for a design and fails to communicate the necessary information in a timely manner OF 48 hours the project will be cancelled, and a fee will be applied to continue. If the client’s desires to continue the project a fee of $10 will be  required. Websites and website revamps will not be started without desired photography from the client. Photography should be in possession before purchase of a website. SIMMM has a photographer on staff. Please communicate rather you will need photography services prior to booking a website or website revamp. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?

Turn around time is 10-14 business days.  Some products or services may be completed before this timeframe. Nevertheless, please be prepared for at least a 10-14 business day turn around. We will communicate with you on the 10th day of the progress of your order.

HOW CAN I BEGIN A PROJECT WITH YOU?

Purchase your desired project, email your info to contact@sheismemm.com, and wait for a email with any questions. If you do not feel comfortable purchasing without a consultation, we have 20 minute consultation slots available.

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?

PAYPAL or Debit/Credit ONLY

For services not listed we email an invoice. 

Revision Fees can be purchased under services.

DO YOU OFFER RUSH SERVICES? 

The only service/ product we offer a rush service on is flyers.

WHAT FILES WILL I RECEIVE MY LOGOS AND FLYERS?

You will receive your logo in transparent png, all white png, all black png and jpeg.

CONSULTATIONS

A 20 minute consultation is free with any purchase. We require a consultation before the start of any website.

​

IMAGES

SIMMM will approve or disapprove images for the quality of printing and design. 

LOGO must be transparent. We can attempt to provide you with a transparent version of your logo for an additional fee of $7.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Shipping is not included in any of our product pricing.
